Who we are
Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Guide (floridataxcreditscholarshipprogram.com) is operated privately in the United States. Contact: hello@floridataxcreditscholarshipprogram.com.
What we collect
- An email address — only if you type one in. That is the only personal information our forms collect, and we use it to send the guide, updates, and answers you signed up for. If you sign up from a county page we also record which county page it was, so the list we send you is the right one.
- Basic traffic measurement. Two things count visits here, and we name both. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. Google Analytics 4 sets a cookie, counts pages and referrers, and is configured with IP anonymisation on. Nothing else runs.
- No advertising trackers. This site carries no Meta/Facebook pixel and no ad-retargeting tag of any kind, and we do not sell tracking data. Until August 3, 2026 a Meta advertising pixel did load on every page while this policy said otherwise. It has been removed from all 82 pages. You can verify that yourself: open your browser's network tab and look for anything from
facebook.net.
The quiz, the calculator and the plan builder
The 60-second check, the award calculator and the four-question plan builder all run entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us and never stored anywhere. If you then choose to give us your email, we receive the email address and the county you picked — nothing else from those tools.
How your information is stored and used
- What you submit is stored in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the site operator.
- We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We contact you only about Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Guide and what you asked for.
Business transfers
If this website or its assets are acquired by, merged with, or sold to another owner, your information may be transferred to that new owner as part of the transaction. Any new owner will remain bound by the commitments in this policy.
Unsubscribe / deletion
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and your email client's own "unsubscribe" button works too. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write hello@floridataxcreditscholarshipprogram.com from the address in question, and we will remove your information completely.
Children
Our forms are intended for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers and coaches). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, write hello@floridataxcreditscholarshipprogram.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
